Caleb Johnson
Caleb is responsible for the creative expression of Allegro Group's work across brand, marketing and experiential offerings. He ensures that programs, experiences and content are supported by clear, consistent and high-quality creative assets that reflect Allegro's standards and values.
He plays a central role in shaping how Allegro shows up visually across client engagements, mastermind programs, events and marketing channels. Caleb designs and produces the materials that support learning, engagement and continuity, including frameworks, workbooks, decks, multimedia content and digital assets. His work ensures that ideas, programs and experiences are presented in a way that feels thoughtful, intentional and aligned.
In addition to brand and content execution, Caleb supports the delivery of Allegro's immersive and developmental offerings by managing creative and technical elements behind the scenes. He partners closely with the Director, Client Experience & Strategic Operations to support experiential setup, technology, content capture and post-experience assets shared with clients.
Prior to joining Allegro Group, Caleb worked in the AgTech SaaS software industry, where he created custom graphics and illustrations, orchestrated photo and video shoots and crafted marketing materials that elevated the company's digital presence. His career has been characterized by versatile expertise, collaborating with companies and brands across e-commerce, outdoor, technology and agriculture.
Caleb graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking through National Parks, hiking with his dogs and spending time with his wife and two children.
