Level Up Mastermind is an 8-week leadership experience for managers, directors and VPs who are ready to lead at the next level. 

Through four virtual sessions and a full-day in-person retreat, you’ll build the clarity, confidence and practical skills to stop reacting and start leading with intention. You’ll walk away with a plan you believe in and will actually execute.

She has worked with elite military special forces, professional athletes and senior leaders navigating some of the highest-stakes environments in the world.

Who is Level Up Mastermind designed for?

Level Up Mastermind is designed for managers, directors and VPs who are being asked to lead at a higher level. The program is industry-agnostic and built for leaders carrying real responsibility who want more clarity, confidence and capacity in how they lead.

How is the program structured?

The program runs over eight weeks and includes four 90-minute virtual sessions held every other week, plus one full-day immersive in-person experience at our private lakeside retreat in Minnesota. Virtual sessions are held on weekday mornings (Central Time). The in-person day runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

What makes this different from other leadership programs?

Most leadership programs focus on adding more information. Level Up Mastermind is designed to slow the pace and restore clarity. You’ll work on your own goals, priorities and leadership challenges, guided by Kara Jorvig and supported by a small cohort of peers navigating similar pressure. Leaders don’t struggle because they lack answers. They struggle because they’re carrying too much and thinking in fragments. This program addresses that directly.
