What does it cost to work with you?

Our work starts at $15,000 for a Clarity Intensive. Strategic Partnerships typically range from at $150,000 - $500,000 / year.

Who do you work with?

CEOs, presidents and the leaders around them at privately held mid-market companies wth $2M to $750M in revenue. 

Where do I start?

A Clarity Intensive. A two-hour working session with Kara, a written Clarity Report, and a follow-up call. Most people start there, and everything deeper builds upon that foundation.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Clarity Intensives are virtual. Partnerships combine virtual advisory with in-person experience at our private lakeside cabin offsite in Minnesota. 

how soon can we start?

Our calendar books up quickly and we only work with a small number of clients each year.  If we aren't able to start right away, we will add you to our waitlist.
