Alison Zima
Alison leads the client experience across Allegro Group's advisory and leadership offerings, ensuring engagements are intentional, well-orchestrated and aligned from first conversation through delivery.
She partners closely with the CEO to support strategic partners and advisory clients, contributing to executive conversations and helping translate strategy into cohesive experiences, tools and execution. Her work centers on creating clarity, momentum and follow-through for the leaders and organizations Allegro serves.
Alison plays an active delivery role across Allegro's experiential and developmental offerings, including facilitating ConBrio leadership experiences and co-leading the Level Up Mastermind. In these settings, she guides leaders and teams through alignment and reflection conversations that reinforce strategic direction and deepen engagement.
With more than 15 years of experience in communications, project management and cross-functional leadership, Alison brings a calm, grounded presence and a relational, systems-oriented approach to her work. She serves as a key connector across the business, ensuring continuity and trust for both clients and the internal team.
Outside of Allegro, Alison is passionate about developing young leaders and expanding confidence in the next generation. She is an active volunteer and board member, committed to helping individuals grow in their values, embrace their unique strengths and feel empowered to pursue their goals. She values an active lifestyle alongside her husband, children, family and friends, while also making time to refuel with a good cup of coffee and a meaningful book or podcast.
