Alison Zima

Alison Zima is the Client Experience Manager at Allegro Group, where she plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of client engagements and experiences while maintaining the highest level of client relationships. With over 10 years devoted to communications and project management, coupled with event management, marketing and technology integration experience, she brings an all-encompassing perspective to elevate Allegro Group’s client experience.

  • Alison helps the Allegro Group team connect with clients through storytelling and creating unique experiences. She is nimble, adaptable and passionate about her work.
  • Alison is an integral partner when managing and promoting small- and large-scale events including trade shows, conferences, annual meetings and client experiences.
  • Alison’s direct experience managing technology transitions via infrastructure and software integration creates effective and efficient processes that strengthen client relationships.
  • With a degree in Mass Communications – Advertising and Public Relations from Minnesota State University Moorhead, Alison is motivated by the energy of her team and the core belief of seeing everyone’s potential, no matter their story, and shining the light on the positives.

As North Dakota native, Alison loves spending all seasons outdoors as does her husband, Tyler, and two children, Grayson and Everette. Her favorite activities include yoga sculpt, hiking, running, fishing and the kids’ sports of course. For herself, a good book/podcast/binge-worthy series, coffee and friends are what brings the needed calm. She also spends time investing back in the community as a board member for BIO Girls since 2018 and an executive founding member of Power of 100 Women Who Care of the Red River Valley which began in 2015.
