Katie Munion

Katie Munion is Managing Director, Leadership Development at Allegro Group, where she strategically enhances and delivers our leadership development and coaching offerings, activating and inspiring next-level growth for Allegro Group and its clients. As a member of the leadership team, she plays a key role in company growth and strategic priorities.

  • Katie is passionate about empowering leaders to harness their strengths, unlock their full potential and transform their performance. She leverages her 20+ years of experience in training, organizational development, talent management and human resources to strategically partner with organizations to achieve results through impactful leadership development sessions.
  • She supports individuals, groups and organizations in scaling their impact through executive and leadership coaching. Katie has extensive experience delivering customized training solutions for clients across various industries: Professional and Financial Services, Technology, Agriculture, Manufacturing and Construction.
  • Katie was a former trainer, senior leader and co-owner of a local training organization recognized nationally as a Top Leadership Training Company in 2021-2023 by Training Industry. Criterion to be named includes breadth and quality of program and service offerings, innovation, impact, business performance and growth.
  • Katie is from Harvey, N.D., and earned her degree in Business Administration from NDSU in Fargo, N.D. She holds globally recognized leadership, presentation and training certifications and is certified in Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Hogan Development Feedback and is a North Dakota Worksite Wellness Consultant.

She enjoys spending time at home with her husband and traveling to visit her nieces and nephews. Katie has been teaching group fitness classes for nearly 20 years and spends her time outside of work helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
