Ellisun Wolterstorff is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at Allegro Group where her focus is ensuring every interaction, touchpoint and engagement is carefully curated, aligned with the company’s values, measured for impact and exceeds client expectations. As a member of the executive team, she supports the company’s vision, strategy and growth goals through people, processes, systems and technology. In her role, she will also create authentic team experiences for our employees, similar to how we serve our clients.

• Ellisun is driven by her passion for building and leading high-performing teams. With over 20 years of experience, she has built and led teams to deliver solutions and unique experiences for clients and employees within leadership development, talent acquisition, consulting, operations and technology. She believes in strengths-based leadership and creating environments where people are recognized for their best work.
• Throughout her career, Ellisun has served clients in a variety of industries; marketing, healthcare, retail, government, technology, consulting, start-ups and more. Her background includes everything from project management to product management, consulting to strategic leadership, building a client advisory board to building new business functions within an organization.
• Ellisun is a lifelong learner with a growth mindset. She believes in the importance of well-being and creating experiences where people can perform at their best.
• Ellisun graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a degree in Marketing Communications and Speech Communications. She currently serves on the board of CAPI USA in Minneapolis, MN. Ellisun became a certified ScrumMaster in 2015. In 2020, while working for the Marcus Buckingham Company (now an ADP company), she received her StandOut Debrief Coach certification. In 2022, Ellisun became a Kolbe Certified consultant.

Her greatest joy is being a mom to her daughter, Brooklynn. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to the west coast, being active outdoors (cycling, running, hiking – you name it!), and being in community with friends and family.
