Ben Kincaid

Ben Kincaid focuses on creating impactful leadership experiences including the signature leadership program, LEAD 406 by Allegro. In this advisory capacity, he plays a crucial role in designing and guiding experiences for leaders looking to develop the skills and competencies they need to unlock their full potential toward a greater purpose. Ben advocates for leaders to prioritize in-person connections and foster strong relationships within their teams and cultures. He considers the LEAD 406 by Allegro experience an opportunity for leaders to embrace the human aspects of their leadership and culture, rejuvenating their spirits and propelling their teams from good to truly exceptional.

Ben spent the first half of his career as a U.S. Diplomat, serving and leading teams in multiple countries in Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. He worked across the U.S. interagency and with senior foreign officials to drive partnered approaches to the most pressing national security challenges. Today, he’s CEO of ReElement Technologies Africa, an innovative critical element refining and recovery company that is supporting rare earth and critical mineral independence, both at home and with partners in Africa. Ben is also the founding partner of Bridger Solutions, an Africa-focused Bitcoin mining company, and lives in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where his wife is currently posted to the U.S. Embassy. He holds a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from Virginia Military Institute and an M.A. in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University.
