LEAD 406 Joins Allegro Group
Allegro Group has acquired LEAD 406, a leadership development and experiential learning company based in Bozeman, Montana.
The acquisition expands our growing leadership consulting practice and LEAD 406 Managing Partner Phil Kornachuk has joined Allegro Group as Managing Director of Leadership Development. Phil will head our new office in Bozeman and work with select Allegro Group clients nationally.
“We are thrilled to welcome Phil and LEAD 406 to the Allegro Group family,” said Allegro Group Founder and CEO Kara Jorvig. “We share a belief in the power and impact of experiential learning when it comes to helping leaders reach their full potential. After participating in a LEAD 406 expedition in Yellowstone National Park earlier this year, I knew that the addition of LEAD 406 programs to Allegro Group could result in one of the most unique and valuable leadership development programs in the country.”
Phil Kornachuk founded LEAD 406 after retiring from the U.S. Army as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his 22-year career, he was a special forces officer and led, developed and served in some of the most elite military units in the world, including the Ranger Regiment, 1st Special Forces Group and other units within U.S. Army Special Operations Command. He also holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
“Throughout my career, I’ve seen how the quality of the leader drives the results of the team,” he said. “The principles of elite military leadership are similar, and teachable, to elite leadership in corporate life and collegiate and professional sports organizations. By strategically creating new experiences and providing a framework for reflection, we can help leaders create new perspective that elevates their skills and results in high-performance teams. In joining Allegro Group, we’ll be able to serve even more leaders.”
