We fill each day of your experience with content and activities that span our five-acre lakeside property, blending structured leadership work with reflection and connection. We’ll spend time working and connecting in multiple settings, including:

  • Immersive leadership activities to activate the content, skill-build and test professional and personal leadership competencies such as decision-making, trust, execution, etc.

ConBrio is nestled in northern Minnesota, one hour east of Fargo, ND - providing a peaceful, distraction-free environment for breakthrough thinking.

For teams flying in:
Major airlines serve Hector International Airport (FAR) in Fargo, offering convenient access for travelers.

Private flights can utilize Detroit Lakes Airport (KDTL) (approximately 25 minutes from ConBrio) or Perham Municipal Airport (16D) (approximately 15 minutes away). 

Where will our team stay?

We partner with premier local accommodations and can recommend hotels or private residences (VRBO-style stays) based on your team’s needs.

Will meals be provided onsite?

Yes! We privately cater meals from top local restaurants, including:
