Who is Mastermind best suited for?

Do you work more on personal or professional leadership?
This program is uniquely designed to tackle both – as we focus heavily on the intersection of personal growth and professional development. We will help you identify both personal and professional clarity through our Mastermind.
How long is Mastermind?
Mastermind covers an 8 week period, but includes 5 total sessions. Four sessions are virtual and the fifth session is an in-person event at ConBrio, our private lakeside retreat location.
What is the cost of Mastermind?
The Level Up Mastermind program investment is $2,997 per leader. Allegro Group also offers private mastermind cohorts to accommodate teams from a single organization.
Tell me more about the lakeside experience!
Our fifth and final session will be held at ConBrio. This is our location that is in the Minnesota lakes area and is used by Allegro Group for a variety of leadership training and development experiences. We developed this private, lakeside leadership destination to be a place for leaders to receive clarity in a truly immersive environment.
