When it’s time to interview qualified, engaged finalists, our team coordinates all aspects of the interview process.

We prep both parties to eliminate surprises and drive productive conversations.

Following interviews, we also do thorough debriefs with the client and candidate, ensuring alignment and clarity on next steps.

Our recruiting team partners with clients to present a competitive offer that will meet the candidate’s expectations, minimizing negotiation.

We work directly with the client to get a signed offer acceptance and create a smooth transition, including assisting candidates with resignations and avoiding counteroffers.
