Kara Jorvig
Kara Jorvig is the founder and CEO of Allegro Group, a premier talent and leadership transformation company dedicated to helping CEOs and executive teams reach their full potential. With 20 years of experience as a human capital expert, Kara serves as an activator and chief advisor to boards of directors, CEOs and senior executives.
Allegro means to play at a pace, and Kara and her team lead and live with that definition at their core. Allegro Group, founded in 2015, quickly expanded across the U.S. in tandem with its clients’ growing footprints.
- The company offers a robust line of business and leadership advisory services with focal points on organizational strategy, succession plans, talent acquisition, leadership and development. To date, it has worked with hundreds of companies representing various industries across 15 states. Clients turn to Allegro Group for building infrastructure to scale purpose, people, performance and profit.
- Allegro Group’s work follows Kara’s influential A-Framework and empowers leaders to take themselves and their teams to new levels of success. Kara also has a passion for experiential learning, and she has infused this concept throughout the company’s leadership development offerings as an effective way to activate and accelerate new competencies.
- In 2020, Allegro Group acquired LEAD 406, a leadership development and experiential learning business based in Bozeman, Montana. Now known as LEAD 406 by Allegro, that business takes small groups of select leaders on transformative, week-long experiences in and around Yellowstone National Park. Most recently, Allegro Group opened ConBrio, its lakeside leadership destination in northern Minnesota.
- In addition to leading Allegro Group, Kara serves on the board of directors for KLN Family Brands and the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce and has received multiple awards for her work, including:
- YWCA Women of the Year Award nominee, 2021
- SBA Emerging Leaders Program, 2017
