Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to expand our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and building relationships with potential candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline, optimizing sales operations and supporting our talent acquisition team in various recruitment and project activities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and enhance our technology systems for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates. Expand outreach by leveraging professional networks, social media platforms, and industry events.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and engagement. Create a candidate-centric experience that promotes the Allegro Group brand as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborative Recruitment Support: Actively assist the Managing Director, Directors, and Senior Associates with sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting processes. Provide insightful input on candidate suitability and fit for client needs.
  • Technology System Management and Optimization: Take charge of managing and optimizing our recruitment technology stack, including HubSpot, Crelate, and Monday.com. Ensure data cleanliness and system efficiency, and leverage technology to streamline recruitment.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development Support: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify current job openings and trends. Report findings to the team to uncover new business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Project and Client Support: Participate in client project work, offering administrative and operational support to ensure project success. Contribute to preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for client engagements.
  • Interview Coordination and Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitating smooth communication between candidates and the internal team. Provide candidates with all necessary information and support to ensure a positive interview experience.
  • Recruitment Marketing and Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to enhance Allegro Group’s brand presence in the talent market. Engage in social media and content creation to attract potential candidates. Collaborate with marketing in talent recruitment efforts.
  • Training and Process Improvement: Continually seek opportunities for professional development and participate in training programs. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in sales operations, talent acquisition, business development, or a similar role, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and sales growth.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of market dynamics and the ability to apply insights to drive business strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools. HubSpot and/or Monday.com experience preferred.
  • Goal-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve results.

Additional Requirements:

Position based in Fargo, ND, with flexibility for occasional travel as needed to meet business objectives.
